Jacinth Tan

Post-Doctoral Fellow 2016-2018

Dr. Jacinth Tan received her PhD in Social-Personality Psychology from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. Her research examines how an individual's position in the social hierarchy shapes basic cognition and affective experiences, with downstream effects on behavior, health and well-being. In the EHPL, she investigated the role of economic inequality in influencing decision-making and the dynamics of cross-class interactions.
